About the Role
AccorHotel is hiring a Guest Laundry Supervisor in Saudi Arabia to oversee laundry operations, ensure quality standards, and lead a team. The role requires experience in luxury hotel laundry services and knowledge of Opera PMS.

Responsibilities
- Counter check all processed items to ensure they are spotlessly clean, damage free, and properly pressed before delivery
- Supervise daily laundry, dry cleaning, and valet activities, organizing work schedules and conducting daily briefings
- Ensure meticulous adherence to specific guest instructions, such as light starch, specific folding techniques, or urgent service timelines
- Accurately record guest charges in the Opera Property Management System and manage inventory for chemicals and supplies
- Regularly check laundry machinery for defects and ensure staff use equipment and chemicals safely
- Train staff in LQA standards and mentor the team on high end textile care and spotting procedures

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure meticulous adherence to specific guest instructions, such as light starch, specific folding techniques, or urgent service timelines.
- Accurately record guest charges in the Opera Property Management System, manage inventory for chemicals and supplies, and assist with departmental performance reports.
- Regularly check laundry machinery (e.g., filters, press covers) for defects and ensure staff use all equipment and cleaning chemicals safely and properly.
- Train staff in LQA (Luxury Quality Assessment) standards and mentor the team on high end textile care and spotting procedures.
