The role provides services, processes operational needs, addresses guest requests, completes reports, and shares local area highlights.
Schedule and Position

Core Responsibilities
- Guide guests through their entire stay and make transactions feel like part of the experience.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share local area information.
- Create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
- Stay active and mobile for extended periods and perform hands-on work involving objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is required.
- The role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and handling objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
