- Manage 360 degree activation with partners, ensuring flawless execution across channels and achievement of revenue targets
- Define and enforce rigorous partnership activation standards by creating clear operational frameworks for global consistency
- Build scalable processes and execution playbooks across various partnerships
- Cultivate genuine, long term relationships with portfolio partners, ensuring mutual objectives are met
- Analyse partnership performance, adjusting strategy and campaigns in real time to maximise ROI
- Set a high bar for content quality and execution across marketing assets and events
- Consult local Marketing, Brand, and Product teams on relevant activations, collaborating cross functionally
Requirements
- Expertise in leading multi channel activations for major global partnerships or sponsorships
- Demonstrated ability to lead negotiations and influence stakeholders
- Experience managing large, multi market activation budgets and delivering multiple complex projects under tight timelines
- Impeccable relationship and communication skills
- Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills
- Robust analytical skills
- Excellent problem solving skills, using data to build and refine activation strategies
