- Support month end and year end closing processes, including reconciliations and data validation
- Assist in preparing financial reports, presentations, and data trackers
- Conduct ad hoc analyses such as cost reviews, margin analysis, or competitor benchmarking
- Coordinate with team members for budgeting, forecasting, and tracking of financial KPIs
- Manage daily operational tasks, including document filing, invoice processing, and system updates
- Participate in cross functional meetings and provide administrative support as needed
- Compile and present findings to supervisors or business partners
- Contribute fresh ideas to improve processes and workflows
Requirements
- Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle data accurately
- Well organized with ability to manage tasks efficiently
- Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn within a team environment

What You’ll Be Doing
- The Group Finance traineeship places you at the heart of business strategy and financial operations, offering hands on exposure to the key drivers behind Chalhoub Group’s growth.
- Support month end and year end closing processes, including reconciliations and data validation.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, presentations, and data trackers.
