About the Role
Euro Systems LLC is seeking an experienced Finance Manager for its contracting and construction division. The role requires 15-20 years of finance experience, including 5+ years as a Finance Manager, with mandatory UAE contracting/construction background.

Responsibilities
- Manage the overall finance and accounting operations of the organization
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Oversee project accounting, job costing, budgeting, and profitability analysis
- Monitor Work in Progress (WIP), revenue recognition, retention, progress billing, and variations
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions effectively
- Handle banking relationships, Letters of Credit (LCs), bank guarantees, and other trade finance activities
- Monitor company cash flow and optimize working capital management
- Review and manage contract related financial obligations and risks
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT regulations, and statutory requirements
- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, consultants, and regulatory authorities
- Implement and improve financial controls, policies, and ERP processes
Requirements
- CA preferred / ACCA / CPA / Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 15 20 years of finance and accounting experience
- Minimum 5 years in a Finance Manager or Finance Controller role
- Mandatory experience in contracting or construction companies in the UAE
- Strong expertise in project accounting, job costing, WIP reporting, AR & AP management, revenue recognition, variations and retention, Letters of Credit (LCs), bank guarantees, contract finance management
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and financial regulations
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar platforms
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills

Position Overview
- The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the complete financial and accounting operations of the company, ensuring strong financial control, compliance, and profitability across multiple projects.
- The ideal candidate must have solid experience in contracting or construction companies and possess strong expertise in project accounting, cash flow management, job costing, accounts receivable/payable, banking facilities, Letters of Credit (LCs), bank guarantees, and contract related financial man
- Candidates with CA qualification will be highly preferred.
