Blue Ray Printing is hiring a Group Company Secretary to manage corporate documentation, board meetings, and compliance for a globally operating firm.

Responsibilities
- Maintain all core company documentation and provide timely provision to relevant stakeholders
- Monitor licenses and permits to ensure validity, compliance, and timely renewal
- Maintain up to date powers of attorney for all group companies
- Work with Public Relations Officer to ensure efficient processing of notarization and certification documents
- Develop board meeting schedule for the group’s Executive Board and all group companies and arrange meetings
- Liaise with the Chair of the Board and other stakeholders to set board meeting agendas
- Attend all board meetings and produce meeting minutes
- Assist with incorporating new companies and branches across the world
- Develop strong working relationship with DMCC
- Maintain statutory records, ensuring timely filing of annual returns, financial statements and statutory returns
- Provide advice on governance
- Monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulatory environment and ensure compliance
Requirements
- Prior experience in a company secretarial role of a firm operating globally
- Company secretarial experience in the Middle East, managing powers of attorney, notarization requirements etc.
- Company secretarial qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree / Member of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators/ relevant qualification
- A minimum of five years’ experience working in the company secretarial department of a firm operating globally
- Fluent in English

Job Summary

Person Specification
- Prior experience in a company secretarial role of a firm operating globally.
- Company secretarial experience in the Middle East, managing powers of attorney, notarization requirements etc.

- An interest in improving systems, controls and processes.
- Bachelor’s Degree / Member of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators/ relevant qualification.
- A minimum of five years’ experience working in the company secretarial department of a firm operating globally.
- Fluent in English.
