Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified GRC Specialist
to support the implementation and maintenance of the organization’s Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance framework.
The role will be responsible for ensuring that corporate policies, procedures, and operations comply with regulatory requirements and best practices while supporting risk management and governance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing governance frameworks, policies, and procedures across the organization.
- Identify, assess, and monitor organizational risks and support the implementation of mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Support the development and maintenance of the company’s risk register and compliance tracking systems.
- Conduct periodic compliance reviews and risk assessments across departments.
- Prepare GRC reports, dashboards, and documentation for management review.
- Support internal and external audit processes and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Promote risk awareness and compliance culture across the organization.
- Monitor regulatory updates and ensure company policies are aligned with new requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, or related fields.
- Good knowledge of corporate governance principles and risk management frameworks.
- Familiarity with Saudi regulatory environment and compliance requirements.
- Professional certifications such as
GRCP, GRCA, CISA, CIA, or CRISC
- are an advantage.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication skills in

- Experience with GRC systems or risk management tools.
- Ability to develop policies, procedures, and risk assessment reports.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
