- Develop and implement customer relationship strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
- Oversee customer service operations and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints
- Monitor customer experience and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Establish service standards, KPIs, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations to improve products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, investors, brokers, and strategic business partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and corporate partnerships
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements, collaboration initiatives, and partnership programs
- Represent the company in business meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Leasing, and Property Management teams to maximize business opportunities
- Develop annual customer and corporate relations plans aligned with company objectives
- Prepare periodic performance reports and business insights for senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in Customer Relations, Key Account Management, Corporate Relations, or Business Development
- Previous experience within the Real Estate, Property Development, Construction, or Investment sectors is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of customer experience management and corporate partnership development
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to build long term business relationships and strategic alliances
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem solving skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)

About the Role

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in Customer Relations, Key Account Management, Corporate Relations, or Business Development.
- Previous experience within the Real Estate, Property Development, Construction, or Investment sectors is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer experience management and corporate partnership development.
