Responsibilities
- Manage and process all government related transactions through relevant Saudi government platforms and authorities
- Coordinate with government entities and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth business operations
- Monitor compliance with Saudi labor laws, immigration regulations, and other applicable requirements
- Maintain accurate records of licenses, permits, registrations, and official documents
- Follow up on company related approvals, certifications, and renewals
- Support HR and Administration functions related to employee documentation and government compliance
- Build and maintain positive relationships with government authorities and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience as a PRO or Government Relations Officer in Saudi Arabia
- Previous experience in the Real Estate sector is highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
- Proficiency in Arabic and basic English communication skills
