- Represent the company before government and regulatory bodies and complete all official transactions
- Follow up on requirements, licenses, and activities with the Real Estate General Authority (REGA)
- Coordinate with Saudi Electricity Company for real estate project services
- Follow up on transactions with National Water Company (NWC) related to projects and properties
- Handle all procedures with municipalities including licenses, permits, and project approvals
- Complete transactions with the General Directorate of Passports for employees
- Renew commercial registration, chamber of commerce certificates, and other government licenses
- Track expiry dates of licenses and permits and ensure timely renewal
- Coordinate with internal departments to complete regulatory requirements for projects and employees
- Prepare periodic reports for senior management on government transactions status
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in government relations within Saudi Arabia
- Excellent knowledge of government procedures and regulations related to the real estate sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in Arabic; good English preferred

Main Responsibilities

- Follow up on requirements, licenses, and activities with the Real Estate General Authority (REGA).

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in government relations within Saudi Arabia.
- Previous experience in real estate development, investment, or contracting companies preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of government procedures and regulations related to the real estate sector.
- Good knowledge of procedures of REGA, municipalities, and service entities related to real estate projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in Arabic; good English preferred.
