Graphic & Multimedia Designer based at Mandarin Oriental, Doha within the Marketing Communications Department.
The role creates visually compelling, brand-compliant assets across print, digital, social media, photography, videography, and multimedia platforms.
The designer acts as a brand guardian and supports marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and commercial performance.
Responsibilities
- Design brochures, menus, advertisements, banners, invitations, and promotional materials.
- Create content for social media, digital campaigns, website updates, and email marketing.
- Support photography, videography, multimedia production, editing, retouching, motion graphics, and short-form video.
- Collaborate with hotel departments, agencies, and vendors to deliver high-quality creative projects on time.
- Maintain compliance with Mandarin Oriental brand standards.
Qualifications
- Degree in graphic design or equivalent with two to three years of relevant experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Strong professional portfolio and strong creative, organizational, and project management skills.
- Understanding of luxury branding, visual storytelling, and social media content best practices.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
- Luxury hospitality, luxury retail, lifestyle brand, or creative agency experience is preferred.
