About the Role
AccorHotel is seeking a Graphic Designer to support the PR and Marketing Manager in developing and implementing marketing communications strategy for a hotel.

Responsibilities
- Assist the PR Manager and/or Marketing Manager in developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the hotel's marketing communications strategy
- Handle incoming calls and ensure messages are forwarded
- Attend departmental and communication meetings as requested
- Attend major events in hotel and city as requested
- Ensure adherence to Rixos Hotels Marketing and Sales Policies and Standard Operational Procedures
Requirements
- Strong conceptual thinker with a wide range of design capabilities including print, packaging, branding, typography, and digital design
- Expertise in Creative Suite software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) for print and digital mediums
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Mac, Adobe
- Ability to assist in developing marketing communications strategy
- Flexible to adapt to sudden increase in working hours

Job Overview
- Provide excellent and consistent service to customers and ensure efficient running of the department in line with Rixos Corporate Strategies and brand standards
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the PR Manager and/or Marketing Manager to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the hotel's marketing communications strategy
- Support marketing objectives and maximise the hotel's positive exposure in local, national and international markets
- Perform all duties in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with hotel policies
- Handle incoming calls and ensure messages are forwarded
- Attend departmental and communication meetings as requested
- Attend major events in hotel and city as requested
- Ensure adherence to Rixos Hotels Marketing and Sales Policies and Standard Operational Procedures
- Promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy and high standard of social skills
- Promote good inter departmental relations
- Display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times
- Demonstrate pride in workplace and personal appearance
- Adhere to Company and Hotel rules and regulations
Qualifications
