- Design eye catching posts, stories, reels covers, and carousels for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Create branded templates for campaigns, product launches, and promotions
- Resize and adapt creatives for different platforms and formats
- Assist in developing brand guidelines, logos, color palettes, and typography systems
- Design brochures, flyers, presentations, and pitch decks for clients
- Support the team in maintaining brand consistency across all materials
- Work on digital ad creatives (Meta Ads, Google Display, LinkedIn Ads)
- Prepare mood boards, concept visuals, and design drafts for client approvals
- Collaborate with the videography and content team to ensure visual harmony
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator — MANDATORY
- Knowledge of Canva for quick turnaround designs
- Adobe InDesign knowledge is an advantage
- Basic understanding of design principles: typography, color theory, layout, and composition
- Portfolio of personal or academic design work required
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field

About the Role — Graphic Designer

- You will work alongside senior designers and marketing strategists to create compelling visual content for social media, digital campaigns, branding, and client presentations.
- This is a hands on learning experience with real projects from day one.
What You'll Do
- Design eye catching posts, stories, reels covers, and carousels for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
