About the Role
Cigna Healthcare is seeking a Graphic Design Specialist to support the Marketing team across the Middle East & Africa region. You will develop visual assets for digital and print, manage sales collateral, create social media content, and leverage AI design tools.

Responsibilities
- Develop high quality visual assets across digital and print formats including campaign creatives, marketing collateral, presentations, and event materials
- Translate business and marketing briefs into compelling, brand aligned designs
- Support creation, updating, and localization of Sales and Product collateral across markets
- Manage end to end lifecycle of collateral including version control and governance
- Develop engaging social media content including static visuals, short form video, and motion graphics
- Leverage AI powered design tools to enhance speed, efficiency, and content scalability
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Product
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, visual standards, and messaging alignment across all materials
Requirements
- Experience in graphic design and visual asset development
- Ability to translate business and marketing briefs into compelling designs
- Knowledge of brand identity and visual standards
- Experience with social media content creation including short form video and motion graphics
- Familiarity with AI powered design tools
- Strong stakeholder collaboration and project management skills

The Role
- Cigna Healthcare is seeking a Graphic Design Specialist to support the Marketing team across the Middle East & Africa region. Key Responsibilities
- Design Creation & Development: Develop high quality visual assets across digital and print formats, including campaign creatives, marketing collateral, presentations and sales toolkits, event and internal communication materials. - Sales & Product Collateral Management and Updates: Support the creation, updating, and localization of Sales and Product collateral across markets. Work closely with key marketing team members to ensure all public facing content is up to date, accurate, and aligned with brand standards. Manage the e
