Responsibilities
- Ensure all vendor engagements comply with outsourcing policies, regulatory requirements, and internal audit standards
- Monitor and report vendor performance against SLAs on a monthly basis
- Optimize vendor cost while maintaining or improving service performance
- Involve in RFP process for all contract renewals
- Administer financial regime (Service Debits & Credits)
- Coordinate capacity planning based on business cycle trends

- UAE National
- Graduate degree (any discipline)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills

Key Result Areas
- Vendor Governance Risk & Compliance: Ensure all vendor engagements comply with outsourcing policies, regulatory requirements, and internal audit standards.
- Service Delivery & SLA Performance: Ensure end to end vendor performance meets agreed SLAs across availability, turnaround time, and service quality.
- Service & Cost Optimization: Optimize vendor cost while maintaining or improving service performance.
- Reporting and Management: Periodic management, monitoring, and reporting of performance of service providers.
