- Assist in the daily operations of the Treasury function, including cash and liquidity management
- Support monitoring of the Bank’s short term liquidity position and funding requirements
- Help track foreign exchange (FX), interest rate movements, and money market conditions
- Assist in executing and confirming Treasury transactions under supervision
- Support preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly Treasury reports
- Maintain and update Treasury documentation, records, and transaction logs
- Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure accurate cash flow forecasting
- Assist in ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and limits
- Participate in Treasury related projects, system enhancements, and process improvements
- Conduct basic analysis to support decision making in liquidity and funding strategies
- Stay updated on financial markets, central bank policies, and macroeconomic trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic understanding of financial markets, banking products, and treasury functions
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a time sensitive environment
- Team oriented mindset with willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Interest in markets, macroeconomics, and banking operations
