Graduate Officer - Treasury - Emirati Talent

The Graduate Officer – Treasury will support the Treasury team in managing the Bank’s liquidity, funding, and financial market activities.

The role involves assisting in daily treasury operations, monitoring market movements, and contributing to analysis and reporting to ensure efficient balance sheet management and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Assist in the daily operations of the Treasury function, including cash and liquidity management.

·

Support monitoring of the Bank’s short-term liquidity position and funding requirements.

·

Help track foreign exchange (FX), interest rate movements, and money market conditions.

·

Assist in executing and confirming Treasury transactions under supervision.

·

Support preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly Treasury reports.

·

Maintain and update Treasury documentation, records, and transaction logs.

·

Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure accurate cash flow forecasting.

·

Assist in ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and limits.

·

Participate in Treasury-related projects, system enhancements, and process improvements.

·

Conduct basic analysis to support decision-making in liquidity and funding strategies.

·

Stay updated on financial markets, central bank policies, and macroeconomic trends.

·

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

·

Basic understanding of financial markets, banking products, and treasury functions.

·

Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.
