- Serve as main point of contact between the company and all government departments and ministries.
- Manage the entire process for visas, work permits, Iqamas, and other immigration documents for employees.
- Prepare, submit, and track applications, renewals, and cancellations of official company documents (Commercial Registration, business licences, etc.).
- Stay informed of changes to Saudi Arabian laws and regulations affecting the organisation.
- Provide advice to management on compliance matters and new legislation.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with government agency officials.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including Saudisation (Nitaqat).
- Efficiently manage government online portals such as Absher, Muqeem, GOSI, and Mudad.
- Represent the company professionally at government offices and official proceedings.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Government Relations Officer or PRO in Saudi Arabia.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi Arabian labour, immigration, and corporate laws.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government e portals (Absher, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad).
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Administration, Business, or related field is highly desirable.

Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a Government Relations Officer or Public Relations Officer (PRO) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi Arabian labour, immigration, and corporate laws and regulations.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain professional networks.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail.
- A high degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and all relevant government e portals.
- A bachelor's degree in Law, Public Administration, Business, or a related field is highly desirable.
