About the Role
AccorHotel is hiring a Saudi National Government Relations Officer to manage government transactions, licensing, and workforce compliance for Faena Wadi Safar. You will handle visa processing, platform management, and pre-opening government readiness.

Responsibilities
- Manage all government related transactions including commercial registration, municipality licenses, and hotel operating permits
- Process and renew work visas, Iqama, and exit/re entry permits for expatriate employees
- Ensure full compliance with Nitaqat (Saudization) requirements and monitor Qiwa classification
- Operate and maintain hotel accounts across government platforms (Qiwa, Absher, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Aqar)
- Support pre opening team in obtaining government approvals, clearances, and permits
- Act as primary point of contact for colleague government related inquiries

The Role
- Serve as the vital link between Faena Wadi Safar and the Saudi governmental landscape.
- Ensure seamless compliance, protect the hotel's legal standing, and enable focus on hospitality.
- Saudi National required to bring local expertise and cultural fluency.
What You Will Create
- Manage all government related transactions including commercial registration, municipality licenses, and hotel operating permits.
- Maintain and renew all company licenses, certificates, and official documents on time.
- Liaise with relevant authorities including Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Commerce, and local municipal bodies.
- Process and renew work visas, Iqama, and exit/re entry permits for expatriate employees.
- Manage all Iqama related transactions including transfers, upgrades, and cancellations.
- Ensure full compliance with Nitaqat (Saudization) requirements and monitor Qiwa classification.
- Operate and maintain hotel accounts across government platforms: Qiwa, Absher, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Aqar.
- Submit mandatory reports and filings within required deadlines.
- Monitor updates to government regulations and communicate changes to People & Culture team.
- Support pre opening team in obtaining government approvals, clearances, and permits.
- Build relationships with key government contacts.
- Act as primary point of contact for colleague government related inquiries.
