- Maintain awareness of policy and procedure and foster collaboration with customers, RMs, centers, and compliance teams
- Oversee and coordinate remediation efforts, including High Risk customer reviews
- Prepare and disseminate MIS reports and manage operational issues
- Execute compliance alerts and ensure adherence to policy
- Escalate exceptions or deviations to approving authority
- Act as main point of contact for segment staff and coordinate support
- Maintain data accuracy and diligence of customer information
- Assist Senior Manager with projects and thematic reviews
- Train segment staff on policy and procedure updates
- Maintain high communication standards and engage with customers on alerts
Requirements
- UAE National
- Experience in compliance and operational risk within banking
- Knowledge of policy and procedure
- Ability to prepare MIS reports
- Strong communication skills
