The Global Manager –Systems & Processes (FinOps) is accountable for enabling and scaling Freight Forwarding Operations through the strategic governance, enhancement, and effective utilisation of operational finance systems across DP World. The role ensures that Finance Operations platforms deliver robust, compliant, and efficient functionality that supports operational performance, financial integrity, and continuous improvement at a global scale. Acting as the senior interface between Business stakeholders (Products, Operations, Finance), IT, and Shared Services, the role defines the digitalisation pathway for Finance Operations, translating business needs into globally governed system solutions that advance DP World’s integrated logistics and transformation agenda. Defines and governs the digitalization and AI enablement pathway for Finance Operations—leveraging advanced analytics, automation, and AI-driven capabilities to improve decision-making, control effectiveness, and process efficiency, while translating business needs into globally governed system solutions that advance DP World’s integrated logistics and long-term transformation agenda.
Key Accountabilities
The Global Manager - Systems & Processes (FinOps) is a global executive leadership role responsible for end-to-end ownership of finance-related operational systems, controls, and capability building across DP World Freight Forwarding.
Acting as the Global Finance Operations Systems Authority and Super User, the role defines, governs, and continuously enhances the Finance–Operations system landscape (CR2 / Fusion) to ensure financial integrity, scalability, compliance, and operational excellence across all regions, products, and entities.
This position sits at the intersection of Finance, Operations, IT, and Shared Services, driving global standardisation, system governance, training strategy, and transformation initiatives, while acting as a trusted advisor to Global FF Finance Leadership, Operations Excellence, IT, and the Global Shared Services Centre (GSC).

- **Qualifications, Skills and Experience:**
- Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management and Finance activities in Freight Forwarding.
- Diploma in Data Science
- Proven experience in system development and training in the logistics industry.
- Strong organizational skills (prioritize, plan, assign and control).
- Good knowledge of market leading TMS systems, and supply chain visibility applications.
- Project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects
- Strong understanding of Finance related activities in Freight Forwarding
- Goal and team driven, good motivator and facilitator to ensure that set targets are achieved.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
