Description

  • We are seeking an innovative and strategic Global Head of Design to lead and elevate our design function across all markets and business units.
  • This role will drive the global creative vision, ensuring the delivery of impactful, user centric, and brand consistent experiences across digital and offline touchpoints.
  • The ideal candidate combines exceptional creative leadership with strong business acumen and a passion for building high performing design teams in a fast paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the global design strategy aligned with the company's vision, objectives, and brand identity.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary design teams across multiple regions and business functions.
  • Establish and maintain design standards, systems, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Technology, and Commercial teams to deliver high quality design solutions.
  • Drive innovation across user experience (UX), user interface (UI), brand design, motion graphics, and creative communications.
  • Champion a design first culture by promoting creativity, collaboration, and customer centric thinking throughout the organization.
  • Oversee the end to end creative process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Use customer insights, market trends, and performance metrics to inform design decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, and creative partners when required.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and design innovations to keep the organization at the forefront of creative excellence.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in design with at least 6 years leading a design function at senior level.
  • Hands on enough to execute and make decisions at component level.
  • Has built a design system that a team executes from — typography, color systems, component libraries, templates.
  • Has managed and developed senior creative talent.
  • Experience working across multi market, multi language creative environments.
  • Background in media and advertising agencies is recommended; other experience in fintech, healthcare, or premium consumer brands is preferred but not required.
