Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in technical product management
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear market requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in agile environments with software engineers/data scientists
- Output first mindset with focus on tangible business value
- Adequate knowledge of French required for positions in Quebec

- VR is a cutting edge, AI driven application leveraging LLMs, large datasets, and advanced tools to diagnose and resolve customer issues in real time.
- You will be responsible for multiple product streams including technical advancements, use case expansion, and integrations into new systems.
Principales responsabilités
- Own and manage all AI capabilities and integrations within the Virtual Repair ecosystem.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business/market requirements, prioritize product backlog, and develop features that enhance troubleshooting and agentic diagnostics.
- Create project roadmaps with launch objectives based on features and external targets/timelines.

Qualifications Essentielles
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in technical product management with proven ability to manage a product autonomously and strong understanding of technical domains.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts (e.g., AI/ML models) into clear market requirements and user stories.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to proactively maintain alignment across leadership and cross functional teams.
- Experience working in agile environments, closely collaborating with software engineers/data scientists.
- Output first mindset with strong focus on tangible business value and operational efficiency.
Qualifications Souhaitées
- Experience working with AI, machine learning, or large language models (LLMs) as a product manager or developer.
- Analytical mindset with experience using SQL to quickly derive insights from large datasets.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud infrastructure environments.
- Previous experience in telecommunications, field services, or connected home technology.
- Understanding of contact center operations or customer support journeys.
- Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Miro, or similar.
