Résumé

  • Bell is looking for an innovative Technical Product Manager II to drive the development of AI components for the Virtual Repair (VR) product.
  • VR is a cutting edge, AI driven application leveraging LLMs, large datasets, and advanced tools to diagnose and resolve customer issues in real time.
  • You will be responsible for multiple product streams including technical advancements, use case expansion, and integrations into new systems.

Principales responsabilités

  • Own and manage all AI capabilities and integrations within the Virtual Repair ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business/market requirements, prioritize product backlog, and develop features that enhance troubleshooting and agentic diagnostics.
  • Create project roadmaps with launch objectives based on features and external targets/timelines.
  • Communicate project status, roadmap progress, and AI model performance metrics to cross functional stakeholders.
  • Act as a bridge between business operations and technical teams (data scientists, ML engineers in GCP) to ensure product features align with goals.

Qualifications Essentielles

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in technical product management with proven ability to manage a product autonomously and strong understanding of technical domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts (e.g., AI/ML models) into clear market requirements and user stories.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to proactively maintain alignment across leadership and cross functional teams.
  • Experience working in agile environments, closely collaborating with software engineers/data scientists.
  • Output first mindset with strong focus on tangible business value and operational efficiency.

Qualifications Souhaitées

  • Experience working with AI, machine learning, or large language models (LLMs) as a product manager or developer.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using SQL to quickly derive insights from large datasets.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud infrastructure environments.
  • Previous experience in telecommunications, field services, or connected home technology.
  • Understanding of contact center operations or customer support journeys.
  • Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Miro, or similar.
