The General Technician supports hotel maintenance, guest requests, work orders, safety documentation, and emergency response.
Company Description
Anantara Hotels & Resorts is a luxury hotel and resort brand rooted in Thai culture and authentic hospitality.
The brand operates across beaches, islands, heritage sites, and metropolitan destinations.
Responsibilities
- Respond immediately to health and safety work requests and promptly address guest requests.
- Handle solvents and finishing agents using environmentally friendly practices.
- Maintain and repair civil, interior design, and FF&E finishes.
- Maintain finishes through the preventive maintenance program and evaluate equipment and area usage.
- Complete work orders and tasks assigned by the Assistant Chief Engineer.
- Maintain daily logbooks, health and safety records, and documentation of problems and solutions.
- Report potential safety hazards and participate in the emergency response team as directed.
Requirements
- Ability to maintain and repair civil, interior design, and FF&E finishes.
- Ability to follow health, safety, and environmentally friendly handling practices for solvents and finishing agents.
- Ability to complete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records.
