Role Overview
- This role combines commercial leadership, market development, government relations, and team building.
- The GM will establish the company as a trusted local player, grow strategic partnerships with financial institutions, and scale multiple business lines spanning agency recoveries, an enterprise SaaS platform, and structured portfolio solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Leadership: Establish the company as a leading financial solutions platform in Saudi Arabia; build reputation with banks, fintechs, regulators; represent with government entities; identify strategic partnerships.
- Commercial Growth: Own revenue growth across collections, SaaS, and portfolio solutions; develop relationships with banks, fintech lenders, BNPL providers; lead enterprise sales cycles.
- Team Building: Build and lead the Saudi leadership team across commercial, operations, and partnerships; recruit and develop local talent; establish company culture.
- Regulatory & Ecosystem Navigation: Work with regulators and policymakers; monitor licensing and compliance; build relationships across the fintech ecosystem.
- Execution & Operations: Own Saudi P&L and market strategy; align local operations with global technology platform; coordinate with product, engineering, and operations teams.
