The company is seeking an experienced General Manager – Real Estate.
The role leads overall business operations and drives growth, profitability, and service excellence.
The position oversees sales and leasing, property management, facilities management, finance, HR, administration, and business development.
Role Context
- The role is based in Qatar.
- The position reports to the Director of Real Estate and Investments or Executive Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual business strategies, budgets, forecasts, and growth plans.
- Lead sales and leasing, property management, and facilities management teams.
- Drive revenue growth, business development, client retention, and financial target achievement.
- Oversee property management, leasing, service delivery, contractors, and client relationships.
- Coordinate with Finance and HR on budgets, financial reporting, manpower planning, policies, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations, contracts, leases, insurance, and company policies.
- Identify market opportunities and develop new revenue streams.
- Monitor KPIs and operational performance, and prepare management reports.
- Lead, motivate, and develop teams across the business.
Requirements
- 12+ years of real estate experience with strong exposure to property management, sales and leasing, and facilities management.
- Proven senior management, business development, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue or P&L management experience.
- Strong knowledge of real estate operations, property management, and commercial strategy.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to understand lease agreements, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
- Relevant degree, diploma, or professional qualification is preferred.
