About the Role
Valor Hospitality Middle East DMCC, an independent franchisee of Marriott International, is seeking a Cluster General Manager to oversee the strategic direction and performance of Bonvoy and Autograph Collection hotels in Jeddah.

- Provide strategic direction and overall performance management for the cluster of hotels
- Oversee and direct Operations, Service, Logistics, Financial performance, Sales and Marketing, and Revenue Management activities
- Ensure exceptional levels of personalized service to guests
- Achieve EBITDA, revenue growth, and organic business growth objectives
- Ensure employee development, training, and succession planning
- Maintain hotel policy and procedure adherence across all departments
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or Cluster General Manager in the hospitality industry
- Strong commercial and service leadership skills
- Ability to oversee operations, service, logistics, financial performance, sales, marketing, and revenue management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description
- The Cluster General Manager is responsible for the strategic direction and overall performance of the hotels under his/her control. This role oversees Operations, Service, Logistics, Financial performance, Sales and Marketing, and Revenue Management for Bonvoy and Autograph Collection hotels.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Related: Level of guest satisfaction as measured by online Customer Survey ranking; STR Objective.
- People Related: Ensure employee development and training; succession planning; achieve Local Employee Empowerment targets; manage employee turnover.
- Process Related: Achievement of quality improvements; ensure hotel policy and procedure adherence; Project Completion Rate.
- Finance Related: EBITDA objective; Revenue Growth Objective; Organic Business Growth Objective; Capital Expenditure to Budget.
Compensation
- Gross Salary including Housing, Transport, Mobile Phone: SAR 40,000 45,000 per month.
Additional Information
- This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Valor Hospitality Middle East DMCC.
- The franchisee is a separate employer from Marriott International.
- Marriott will have no involvement in the selection process.
