Responsibilities
- Support cleaning operations across various hotel departments (kitchen, food and beverage, laundry)
- Prepare clean linens and dishes for guests
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment (e.g., dishwashers, sinks, washers, dryers)
- Transport linens and dishes throughout the hotel
- Create a safe work environment and follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain quality standards and professional appearance and communication
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with other employees and departments
- Support team to achieve common goals
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to manager
- Perform physical tasks including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling objects under 50 lbs, standing, sitting, walking, bending, kneeling, twisting, stretching, and stooping

Role Description
- El Limpiador de utilidades hace un papel fundamental prestando apoyo a varias funciones del hotel.
- Pueden trabajar entre varios departamentos (ej. cocina, comida y bebida, lavandería), para prestar apoyo a la limpieza.
- Preparar la ropa blanca y la vajilla limpia para que disfruten los huéspedes.
- Operar y mantener el equipo de limpieza e herramientas (ej. lavaplatos, lavabos, lavadoras y secadoras).
- Transportar la ropa blanca y las vajillas por todo el hotel.
- Crear un espacio de trabajo seguro; seguir las políticas y procedimientos de la compañía, mantener los estándares de calidad y asegurarse de que su uniforme, apariencia personal y comunicación sean profesionales.
- Asegurar expectativas y estándares de calidad; desarrollar y mantener buenas relaciones de trabajo con otros empleados y departamentos.
- Prestar apoyo al equipo para lograr metas comunes; escuchar y responder de manera apropiada a las preocupaciones de otros empleados.
- Reportar accidentes, daños y condiciones peligrosos al gerente.
- Implicarse en todo tipo de tareas (mover cosas, levantar, llevar, empujar y colocar objetos de menos de 50 libras sin ayuda).
- Estar siempre en marcha (se pone de pie, se sienta, anda durante largos ratos).
- Se debe poder agacharse, y hacer movimientos que le obliga a doblar las rodillas, girarse, estirar y encorvarse.
