- Assume full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis
- Oversee all day to day retail operations, ensuring high standards of product quality, customer service, and operational efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing team
- Act as primary brand ambassador, ensuring superior customer experience across all locations
- Develop and implement innovative business development strategies to drive expansion and increase brand presence
- Manage supplier relationships, supply chain logistics, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and licensing regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role (General Manager, Operations Director, or similar) within premium F&B, hospitality, or retail sectors
- Direct experience within the specialty coffee industry is highly desirable
- Demonstrable experience in managing full P&L of a multi site retail business
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset with hands on, results oriented approach
- Experience working in the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia, is a significant advantage
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a strong asset
