Job Overview

  • We are representing a confidential, forward thinking organisation at the forefront of the premium retail and specialty coffee sector.
  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager / Director to lead their operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • This is a senior leadership role for a commercially astute professional with a passion for quality and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to achieve the company's financial and operational goals.
  • Assume full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
  • Oversee all day to day retail operations, ensuring the highest standards of product quality, customer service, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
  • Act as the primary brand ambassador, ensuring a superior and consistent customer experience across all locations.
  • Develop and implement innovative business development strategies to drive expansion and increase brand presence.
  • Manage supplier relationships, supply chain logistics, and inventory control.
  • Ensure all business operations are compliant with local health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, such as General Manager, Operations Director, or similar, within the premium F&B, hospitality, or retail sectors.
  • Direct experience within the specialty coffee industry is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing the full P&L of a multi site retail business.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset with a hands on, results oriented approach.
  • Experience working in the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia, is a significant advantage.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic would be a strong asset.
