- Manage the General Manager's calendar, including meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and scheduling priorities
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the General Manager
- Prepare, organize, and follow up on reports, presentations, meeting minutes, official documents, and business correspondence
- Facilitate communication and coordination with government authorities, suppliers, business partners, and internal departments
- Support administrative activities related to mining operations and other company functions
- Monitor assigned tasks and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive business information
- Provide executive and administrative support to enhance efficiency of the General Manager's office
- Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring proper documentation of action items
- Ensure proper filing and record keeping of administrative documents and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
- 0–3 years of experience in Administration, Executive Assistance, Corporate Support, Mining, Industrial, or related sectors
- Good command of English (written and spoken) preferred
- Proficiency in Chinese language is a strong advantage
- Strong organizational, coordination, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain documentation
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality

Role Overview
- The General Manager Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the General Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication across internal and external stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.

- Good command of English (written and spoken) is preferred.
- Proficiency in Chinese language will be considered a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and interpersonal communication skills.
