Responsibilities
- Assist in loading, unloading, and organizing goods in warehouse and shipping areas using manual or mechanical handling equipment.
- Support inventory tracking by labeling, scanning, and moving stock to designated storage zones as directed.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch—packaging, palletizing, and securing cargo for transport compliance.
- Perform routine facility maintenance tasks including cleaning work areas, sweeping, and disposing of waste materials.
- Operate basic warehouse tools (hand trucks, pallet jacks, scales) safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Follow safety protocols and report hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately to supervisors.
Requirements
- Basic English communication for understanding instructions and team coordination
- Forklift operation (certified preferred but trainable)
- Manual material handling
- Warehouse safety procedures
- Inventory tagging and scanning
- Physical stamina for lifting and standing long hours
- Previous logistics or warehouse support experience
- UAE driving license (for possible transport assist roles)
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory tools (e.g., SAP, WMS)
