Role Overview

Employment and Workplace

• Employment type is full-time.
• Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and coordinate foremen, chargehands, skilled workers, and laborers.
• Organize manpower and equipment for daily work requirements and coordinate subcontractor crews.
• Supervise excavation, backfilling, grading, compaction, earthworks, pipelines, stormwater, drainage, sewerage, and underground utilities.
• Coordinate road works, access roads, kerbs, paving, and associated civil works.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, method statements, site instructions, HSE requirements, and quality standards.
• Monitor productivity, site conditions, work sequences, housekeeping, hazards, and construction progress.
• Report material, manpower, equipment, and site requirements to management.

Requirements

• Strong practical experience as a General Foreman or Senior Foreman in civil construction.
• Utilities and infrastructure construction experience is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with roads, earthworks, excavation, backfilling, pipelines, drainage, sewerage, and underground utilities.
• Ability to manage large site crews and multiple work activities.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, site execution procedures, equipment, and work sequences.
• UAE or GCC infrastructure experience is preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 1.00 per month.
