Job Summary
Lead and manage construction activities for major civil, utilities, and infrastructure projects.
The role is responsible for construction execution, resource management, coordination, productivity, quality, safety, and timely completion.
Employment and Pay
- The employment type is full-time.

Construction Management
- Manage construction activities across assigned infrastructure projects.
- Plan and coordinate works according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and schedules.
- Lead site superintendents, engineers, general foremen, foremen, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate roads, earthworks, pipelines, underground utilities, stormwater, drainage, sewerage, and associated civil works.
Resources and Coordination
- Monitor progress, productivity, manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, deputy project managers, consultants, engineers, QA/QC, and HSE teams.
- Coordinate equipment and manpower deployment to maximize productivity.
