The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java Spring Boot on the backend and Angular on the frontend.
You will collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high-quality software that drives business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using Java Spring Boot and Angular.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define technical requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Implement clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on performance and security.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technology strategy.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability; monitor and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality.
- mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews to uphold engineering standards.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Java Spring Boot and Angular development
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and API design patterns
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent collaboration abilities
- Exposure to modern frontend frameworks and state management libraries
Skills And Competencies
- Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, OAuth 2.0, JWT
• WebLogic Server Deployment
- Testing frameworks and methodologies
• Payment Gateway Integration
- SSO Integration (IBM SSO or similar)
Education And Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP, Java/Spring certifications) are a plus
