Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Payroll modules across multiple clients or business units
- Translate business requirements into scalable payroll solutions, aligning with country specific tax rules and statutory regulations
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including HR, finance, IT, and external partners
- Perform system configuration, data migration, interfaces, and integrations with timekeeping, benefits, and external payroll systems
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, facilitate user acceptance testing, and support cutover activities
- Provide production support, issue resolution, and ongoing optimization of payroll processes
- Mentor junior consultants, share best practices, and contribute to knowledge management
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations and/or global payroll operations
- Strong hands on experience configuring Oracle Fusion Payroll, including statutory rules, tax calculations, benefits integration, and data model
- Demonstrated success delivering complex payroll projects on time and within budget across diverse regulatory environments
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field
- Oracle certifications related to Fusion HCM/Payroll (preferred)

Job Summary
- We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Payroll Senior Consultant to lead and deliver end to end payroll solutions.
- The ideal candidate will combine deep Oracle Fusion HCM/Payroll expertise with strong project delivery, stakeholder management, and problem solving capabilities to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll processing across complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Payroll modules across multiple clients or business units.
- Translate business requirements into scalable payroll solutions, aligning with country specific tax rules, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including HR, finance, IT, and external partners to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Perform system configuration, data migration, interfaces, and integrations with timekeeping, benefits, and external payroll systems.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, facilitate user acceptance testing, and support cutover activities.
- Provide production support, issue resolution, and ongoing optimization of payroll processes.

Required Qualifications

- Familiarity with data migration tools, BI reports, and payroll testing methodologies.
