Job Summary

  • The Oracle Fusion Financials Senior Consultant will lead and deliver enterprise scale Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, focusing on financials modules, integrations, and deployment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end to end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation projects
  • Analyze complex business processes in GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, cash management, and intercompany reconciliations
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and document functional specifications
  • Configure and optimize Oracle Fusion Financials modules
  • Develop and execute test plans, coordinate UAT, and manage issue resolution
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams
  • Develop integration strategies and work with technical teams
  • Contribute to pre sales activities

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials or related Oracle Cloud Financials implementations
  • Strong functional knowledge across GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, cash management, and intercompany processes
  • Hands on configuration and implementation experience with Oracle Fusion Financials modules
  • Experience with data migration, integrations, and reporting using Oracle Analytics or BI tools
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to lead client workshops, manage stakeholders, and work effectively in a matrix environment
  • Oracle Fusion Financials or Oracle Cloud Financials certification preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with multi country or large enterprise deployments
  • Knowledge of project accounting, revenue management, and tax workflows within Oracle Fusion
  • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS) or Oracle SOA/ADF integration patterns
  • Experience in agile delivery environments and leading distributed teams
  • Relevant certifications in Oracle Fusion Financials or Oracle Cloud
