Requirements
- Saudi National (Mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in Software, Technology, or Digital Transformation industry
- Minimum 7 years in senior leadership or General Management roles
- Proven experience managing large teams and cross functional departments
- Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions, digital transformation services, and IT consulting
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving revenue targets
- Strong financial acumen with hands on experience managing P&L, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with government, semi government, or enterprise clients in Saudi Arabia highly preferred
