- Oversee the day to day operations of the Enclave front desk, ensuring smooth check in/check out processes and guest interactions
- Supervise and support front office associates assigned to the Enclave area, ensuring adherence to service standards
- Handle VIP arrivals, departures, and special requests with discretion and professionalism
- Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure guest preferences and expectations are met
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements to enhance satisfaction
- Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure accurate billing, reservation handling, and guest profile management
- Maintain a strong presence in the lobby and Enclave area to engage with guests and resolve issues proactively
- Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Act as the point of contact in the absence of the Front Office Manager
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in front office operations, with at least 1 2 years in a supervisory role
- Experience in luxury hospitality or VIP guest handling preferred
- Five star experience required; ultra luxury (ultra five star) experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Professional appearance and a guest centric attitude
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- May involve standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of guest luggage or amenities
