Role Overview
Raffles The Palm is seeking a Front Office Agent reporting to the Front Office Supervisor.
The role manages front desk activities including reception, check-in, check-out, cashiering, foreign exchange, and guest inquiries.
The position focuses on creating warm, seamless arrival and departure experiences while maintaining luxury service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Register and room arrivals and process check-in, check-out, and room changes using the hotel system.
- Maintain cashier float, record money received, handle checks, and assist with currency exchange.
- Respond to guest complaints, inquiries, requests, and safety box needs, escalating issues when necessary.
- Apply promotion and loyalty program procedures and support onward bookings at other Raffles properties.
- Complete audit balancing, night reports, morning reports, and required arrival documentation.
