The position
The Raffles Club Supervisor oversees daily operations of the Raffles Club Lounge and creates memorable experiences for VIP guests.
The position reports to the Raffles Club Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise Club Lounge staff and maintain guest satisfaction and service standards.
- Oversee lounge operations and coordinate food selection with the kitchen across service periods.
- Meet guests, handle requests and complaints, and monitor feedback and corrective actions.
- Maintain guest history records, prepare welcome letters, and promote hotel facilities.
- Control costs and inventory and prepare amenity requisitions.
- Appraise staff performance, organize meetings, and prepare work and vacation schedules.
- Develop staff training programs and monitor health and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with marketing on promotions and special events.
- Conduct service audits, support strategic planning, and track industry and competitor trends.
