About the Role
AccorHotel seeks a Front Desk Agent for SLS Red Sea to be the first point of contact for guests. You will handle check-ins/outs, process payments, and provide personalized service.

Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome all guests with genuine enthusiasm and a personalized approach.
- Conduct efficient check ins and check outs, ensuring accurate guest information.
- Escort guests to their rooms when necessary, especially VIPs.
- Process payments, handle deposits, issue keys, and explain room and hotel features.
- Scan passports and IDs as per Saudi regulatory compliance and ensure CID reporting accuracy.
- Recognize repeat and VIP guests, anticipate their needs, and tailor interactions.
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, outlets, and local area happenings.
- Proactively manage guest requests and resolve issues or complaints efficiently.
- Handle special requests before, during, and after stays.
- Maintain effective communication with other departments to fulfill guest needs.
- Maintain detailed shift handovers for seamless team transitions.
- Operate the Property Management System (preferably Opera Cloud) for all Front Office functions.
Requirements
- Experience with Property Management System (preferably Opera Cloud)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle guest requests and resolve issues
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with Saudi regulatory compliance for passport/ID scanning

Role Overview
