Requirements
- 1 2 years of experience in a similar front desk role in luxury hospitality
- Proficiency in Opera PMS
- Computer literacy in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Fluency in English (multiple languages preferred)
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

- Anticipates and caters to Guests' needs
- Ensures no complaints about Front Office Department
- Demonstrates Expert Knowledge of Hotel Facilities
- Checks Guests into the hotel with precision
- Resolves and logs Guest complaints
- Maintains Open Communication through Logbook
- Participates in upselling and revenue growth
Compensation
- Fixed monthly salary of AED 1,800
