Company Description
Swissôtel Al Ghurair and Swissôtel Living Al Ghurair are a 620-room-and-suite upper upscale property in Deira, Dubai.
The property serves business and leisure guests and is linked to the Al Ghurair Shopping Centre.
Role Overview
The Front Desk Agent serves as a central information contact for guest services and inquiries.
The role is part of the hotel's Front Office team.
What You Will Be Doing
- Welcome guests, process check-ins, register arrivals, and update guest information in the system.
- Provide accurate information and assistance for general guest inquiries.
- Deliver prompt, attentive, and friendly service in line with LQA standards.
- Review guest feedback, online reviews, surveys, performance, and operations.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel functions, services, facilities, marketing, and promotions.
- Follow hotel grooming standards for personal presentation and hygiene.
- Project a favorable hotel image through a positive and professional attitude.
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, relevant legislation, and occupational safety standards.
- Provide professional five-star service and maintain positive relationships with guests and colleagues.
