- Design and create floral arrangements, bouquets, and decorations for events, weddings, and daily orders
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate flowers and arrangements based on their needs
- Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers and plants
- Manage flower inventory, including receiving, storing, and replenishing stock
- Ensure proper care, watering, and handling of flowers and plants
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and well maintained
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries or special requests
- Follow company standards and design guidelines for floral arrangements
- Assist in event setups and installations when required
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Florist or in floral design
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care
- Creative and artistic skills in floral arrangement
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of inventory management is an advantage

Job Summary
