- Prepare, cook, and present authentic Chinese dishes in accordance with hotel standards
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation
- Assist the Chef de Partie in daily operation of the Chinese kitchen
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, sanitation, and workplace cleanliness
- Monitor food quality, stock levels, and proper storage of ingredients
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standard operating procedures
- Train and assist junior kitchen staff when required
- Work efficiently in a fast paced hotel kitchen while maintaining high culinary standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Demi Chef de Partie or similar role in hotel or fine dining
- Strong expertise in Chinese cuisine
- Knowledge of authentic Chinese cooking techniques, ingredients, and food presentation
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) with expertise in Chinese cuisine to join our hotel's culinary team.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: QAR 1,800

Key Responsibilities
