FP&A Analyst (Temp Contract Role)

Initial 3–4 months (extendable on a monthly basis based on business needs)

Own Visa valid for more than 6 months (Family,Spouse,Freelance)

We are seeking a qualified and commercially driven FP&A professional to support financial planning, reporting, and project-based forecasting within a dynamic business environment.

The role will focus heavily on financial analysis tied to service contracts and project performance, particularly within the technology sector.

· Manage and support month-end closing activities, including preparation of management accounts

· Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain supporting schedules on a monthly basis

· Develop project-level backlog forecasts, translating them into monthly P&L projections

· Compare forecasts against FY26 budget, identifying gaps and providing actionable insights

· Analyze and forecast cost overruns and change order requests through close coordination with business stakeholders

· Support ongoing financial planning & analysis (FP&A) activities, ensuring accuracy and business alignment

· Work closely with finance and operational teams to enhance financial visibility and decision-making

· 5–10 years of experience in FP&A / finance roles

· Qualified accountant (CA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent)

· Strong understanding of service contracts (materials & labour)

· Experience working with technology sector projects is highly preferred

· Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP (GL, AP, AR modules) – mandatory

· Exposure to Oracle Projects module is highly desirable

· Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills

· Strong financial modelling and forecasting capabilities

· Ability to translate operational data into financial insights

· High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
