Role Overview
Lead and grow a team of senior engineers, data scientists, and AI practitioners embedded in strategic customer environments.
Own team performance, development, wellbeing, delivery outcomes, technical quality, and customer impact at scale.
Operate across people leadership, technical strategy, and customer excellence.
People Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop senior engineers and AI practitioners.
- Set goals, manage feedback cycles, support career development, and conduct talent planning.
- Attract, hire, and onboard engineering talent across AI, data, and software engineering disciplines.
Technical and Delivery Leadership
- Drive delivery excellence across multiple forward-deployed customer engagements.
- Set technical direction and architectural guardrails with Chief Experts and technical leads.
- Act as a senior escalation point for delivery risks, team challenges, and customer concerns.
- Own technical quality and customer outcomes for forward-deployed engagements.
