About the Role

- Deliver a warm, friendly, and personalized guest experience in line with Holiday Inn and IHG service standards
- Ensure food and beverage service is delivered efficiently, professionally, and consistently
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines, and bar operations
- Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally
- Maintain outlet presentation, cleanliness, and ambiance
- Supervise and support F&B colleagues during daily operations
- Conduct shift briefings and communicate daily priorities, promotions, and operational updates
- Monitor beverage sales, inventory levels, and wastage to maximize profitability
- Promote upselling of beverages, cocktails, promotions, and menu items
- Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and compliance with financial procedures
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and health and safety standards
- Follow responsible alcohol service practices and comply with local licensing regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Food & Beverage experience with proven bar operations knowledge
- Previous supervisory experience in a hotel, restaurant, or bar environment preferred
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems and inventory control procedures is an advantage
- Must meet legal requirements to work in the UAE

What We Need From You
