What's the job?

  • Support smooth operation of Food & Beverage outlets by ensuring exceptional service delivery, beverage quality, and guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise daily operations, lead and support the F&B team, and ensure service standards are consistently delivered.
  • Assist in achieving departmental revenue goals through effective upselling, cost control, and delivering memorable dining and bar experiences.

  • Deliver warm, friendly, and personalized guest experience.
  • Ensure food and beverage service is delivered efficiently, professionally, and consistently.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines, and bar operations.
  • Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally.
  • Maintain outlet presentation, cleanliness, and ambiance.
  • Supervise and support F&B colleagues during daily operations.
  • Conduct shift briefings and communicate daily priorities.
  • Monitor beverage sales, inventory levels, and wastage.
  • Promote upselling of beverages and menu items.
  • Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and compliance with financial procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and health and safety standards.
  • Follow responsible alcohol service practices.

What We Need From You

  • Must meet legal requirements to work in the UAE.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of Food & Beverage experience with proven bar operations knowledge.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a hotel, restaurant, or bar environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and inventory control procedures is an advantage.
  • Passionate about hospitality, guest focused, positive, and highly professional.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
