About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Accountant with strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls to support finance operations at Holiday Inn and Suites Dubai Science Park.

- Preparing and reviewing journals, reconciliations, and month end financial reports
- Monitoring balance sheet accounts, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable to ensure accuracy
- Supporting payroll audits, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Maintaining strong financial controls and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Assisting with month end closing, asset reporting, and supervising the Accounts team in the absence of the Finance & Business Support Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Accounting or Finance
- Or three years of accounting experience, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting
- Must speak fluent English

Overview

A little taste of your day to day
- Preparing and reviewing journals, reconciliations, and month end financial reports
- Monitoring balance sheet accounts, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable to ensure accuracy

What we need from you
