Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily restaurant, bar, and event service operations
- Supervise, train, mentor, and develop Food & Beverage team members
- Maintain highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation in compliance with UAE regulations
- Manage guest interactions, handle inquiries and complaints, and encourage upselling
- Monitor and control operational costs including labor efficiency, inventory management, and waste reduction
- Ensure workplace health and safety standards are maintained
- Collaborate with kitchen and front office teams to deliver coordinated service experiences
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisory role in hotels, resorts, or high volume restaurants
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and UAE compliance regulations
- Proficiency in alcohol service, beverage knowledge, and wine pairing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
- Demonstrated expertise in cash handling, billing accuracy, and cost control
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Description
- Lead and oversee daily restaurant, bar, and event service operations, ensuring seamless execution and professional service delivery.
- Supervise, train, mentor, and develop Food & Beverage team members to meet and exceed service standards.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation in compliance with UAE legislative requirements.
- Manage guest interactions with professionalism and empathy; handle inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Monitor and control operational costs, including labor efficiency, inventory management, and waste reduction.
- Ensure workplace health and safety standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front office teams to deliver coordinated, high quality service experiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisory role in hotels, resorts, or high volume restaurants.

- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software.
- Demonstrated expertise in cash handling, billing accuracy, and cost control.
- Experience coordinating events and managing special service occasions.
- Conflict resolution and customer complaint handling experience.
- Preferred: Liquor Control Qualification (LCQ) and/or Manager's Certificate in Food & Beverage Service.
- Preferred: Experience in UAE hospitality industry or familiarity with local service standards.
